|Recommended: NoProperty manager — Our property manager Galia Morales has been great in assisting any maintenance and or minor issues we've had in our apartment. We love living in this community. She definitely makes it easier on us the tenants.

|Recommended: YesSunset Gardens — I have been a resident here since late August of 2016 and I just renewed my lease for another year. I am very pleased with the entire staff at Sunset Gardens. The maintenance requests are completed in a timely fasihion. So overall I am very happy to live here.

|Recommended: YesLiving Sunset Gardens — I have been living at Sunset Gardens apartments over 5 years. The apartment building is very well kept. The apartments are spacious, remodeled and beautiful. Neighbors are friendly, lovely pool, nice gym, and very centric. I am even more delighted that Galia Morales, Property Manager is back She is wonderful It's nice to have a property manager that listens to the tenants concerns and runs the office great and is well organized

I am so happy to have Galia Morales, Property Manager and Argel Mancilla, Assistant Manager . It really helps to know you can count on their knowledge to help you in any way they can. My friends don't have this gift where they live to be able to count on the staff when something goes wrong. Although I have the choice to live anywhere Sunset Gardens is my favorite place. Keep up your good work. I give you a 5 in every category.
|Recommended: YesGreat service from the Office Staff — My husband and I are very happy to inform you we received an excellent service from the office staff every time we need something from them, specially since we have Ms. Galia Morales Property Mgr and Mr. Argel Mancilla Assistant Mgr back with us. It really makes a great difference when you have such a responsible, caring, and excellent team working at the office.
